You will just notice a more harsh ride...the bumps will be more jarring.  The steering wheel may feel a bit heavier as well.  Also make sure to check your tire pressures often...every 4 weeks is the recommendation for checking tire pressures.  You want to have the perfect amount of pressure as you will feel a difference in handling, even if the difference is only 2psi.
I have a questiont, though...what about your brakes?  Are your brakes able to handle the increased rolling mass of the bigger wheels?  Usually, when you make a significant wheel size upgrade for your car, it is recommended that you check out if your brakes will handle it okay.
