I have infinity speakers in my car and love them. But there are alot of speakers out there. its really up to your taste in sounds. the infinity have a crisper sound good for highs and mids. but not very good for bass

i agree with drako that infinity speakers are probably the best value for the dollar. in particular i would go with either the infinity kappas or infinity perfect series. you can get either for a great deal from sound domain or ebay. if you're willing to spend a little cash i would go with the mb quarts. i just installed the mb quarts q series 5.25" components for my front and rear speakers and they sound awesome. the best advice is to go to your local audio shop and listen to as many different types as you can. everybody has their own preference. example: a guy at a car stereo shop was trying to sell me boston acoutics and insisted that they were the best speakers out on the market. after visiting some other shops and listenening to many brands i will tell you the two best speakers are focal and mb quart. good luck.[thumb] [thumb]

infinity kappa all the way[thumb] . i used to own a 92 through which i had replaced all the speakers with mb quartz speakers. they sounded good for the price i paid. i later totalled my car and then bought a 96 328i that had the hk system in it. i quickly replaced them with infinity kappa speakers and a new head unit and all i can say is they sound AMAZING!!! i highly recommend infinity kappas to anyone who is willing to do a little customizing and break their wallet!!!

I have MB Quarts RSD-216's, seperates with titanium tweeters. I was wondering if anybody knew if the tweeters will fit in the stock tweeter holes of my '94 325is? The tweeter is 1"(25mm) and the midrange is 6.5" (160mm). Will they fit?

you can fit 5.25" components for the front and rear. the 6.5" will not fit unless you do some major mods. my mb quart q series components were 5.25" and fit right in. hope this helps.[burnout]

I got the infinity 3 way speakers just under the kappas and i love them . I have the 5 1/4 in the front with 4 " in the doors , tweaters in the front dash and i did some custom work and have 6 x 9's in the rear deck. with 100 watts per speaker they sound increadable. just my $.02
