Hood Emblem Replacement

I'm hoping someone has done this before.......

I just bought a 2000 323I and need to replace the emblem on the hood.

In looking under the hood......I can't see any way to access it from underneath. Are they attached with some kind of adhesive?

I'm on my way out to by a Chilton's on the car right now.....but if someone out there might be able to offer some sound advise.....I'd surely listen.....

My brother has done this and it's pretty simple. All you have to do is get a hand towel and then use a flathead screwdriver. Place the towel under the screwdriver and use it to seperate the tool from the car. Then slowly pry it under the emblem. Wiggle it until it goes in far enough for it to pop off. It snaps on and off with two fastners on the left and right side. The key is to keep wiggling it, but MAKE SURE to use the towel to not scratch that lovely paint. Good Luck!!! [wiggle]

Anyone know where I can get an Autobot emblem? All I seem to find are stickers.
