Do you mean a pulse in the pedal, not sure what a "lopping" is. A pulse when the brake is applied can be the sign of a warpped rotor. Did you replace the rotors or have them turned? What brand rotor are you using?

I do mean a pulse in the pedal. I have put new BMW rotors on it and new brake pads. I just had the brake lines flushed and all new brake fluid put in. I think the tires maybe the problem. i checked to see when I bought them and how many miles I have on them. I have put 55,000 miles of these tires. One BMW mechanic told me it was the tires. Another one said it wasn't.
