Dealer. Or you can order them online from (again dealer) www.circlebmw.com or www.cuttermotors.com.
Just go to the dealer and get them. I did it tonight to my 325i... I think the parts were about $40 for both pipes and you just tap the pipes onto the exaust with a rubber mallet covered with a thick cloth. I let the car cool down for about an hour before I did it and I really had to hit them with the mallet pretty hard to get them all the way on. When they are on just tighten the screw on the bottom and you are ready to roll.
