I took my car to a BMW shop because my check engine light came on. They pulled the fault codes. The fault codes bring up idle speed control valve, closing coil and idle speed control valve, opening coil. My question is this how hard is it to fix this? The shop did remove the Idle valve cleaned it and reinstalled it. That fixed the rough idle the car had. But the car still feels really heavy and when I let off the gas seems to slow down as if I was applying the brakes. Is it safe to drive my car as it is now or let it be until I can afford to fix it? Thanks you for your help.
